This mod requires the following mods to function
BepInEx-BepInExPack_IL2CPP
BepInEx pack for IL2CPP x64 Unity games. Preconfigured and ready to use.
Preferred version: 6.0.755README
AI LIMIT Co-op
Play AI LIMIT with friends over Steam or a direct connection. See each other's equipment and animations, fight shared enemies, and bring fallen teammates back by resting or defeating a boss.
This is an early release.
The party menu opens on startup. Press F5 to close it before using the game's title menu.
Back up your saves before trying the mod: %USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/SenseGames/AILIMIT/.
Playing together
Load a save before hosting or joining, and start in the same area.
Steam: open F5, choose Host over Steam, then Invite friends. Friends can accept an invite, use Steam's Join Game, or join from the party menu.
Direct connection: choose Host under Direct connection. Guests enter the host's address:port
and choose Join. The default port is 7777. Use the host's LAN/VPN address for local/VPN play;
direct internet hosting requires forwarding the host's UDP port.
| Controls|
| F5 | Open or close the party menu | | F6 | Host using the selected connection type | | F7 | Join the saved address | | F8 | Leave or end the session | | F9 | Cycle living teammates while spectating | | Enter | Open party chat; press again to send | | Escape while chatting | Discard and close chat |
Chat requires a keyboard and supports messages up to 96 characters. It does not open over the party menu, the game's pause menu, or while loading.
Co-op keeps running during menus and tutorials. Closing the party menu restores game controls.
Party display and options
Nearby allies have overhead health bars and names. Names and bars fade with distance.
Use F5 → BARS ON / BARS OFF to toggle Hp bars. HUD size also scales them. The menu includes HUD position, size and opacity controls.
Hosts can use F5 → PLAYERS to kick players. Steam sessions also support BAN and BANS → UNBAN. Direct connections support kicking only.
Shared world and combat
Enemies and bosses gain 50% maximum HP per additional connected player: two players get 1.5x HP, four get 2.5x and eight get 4.5x. Spectators and players elsewhere count too. Damage stays unchanged.
Death, revival and saves
Dying lets you spectate a living teammate. A survivor resting or defeating a boss revives fallen players in that level
If everyone in a level dies, each player returns to their own last rest. A living teammate elsewhere in the same level can prevent a wipe. A dead host keeps hosting; the host leaving ends the session.
Everyone keeps their own save. Boss items are shared with players connected at the time of the kill,Story progress, currency, ordinary loot and cutscenes remain separate. Joining does not advance your story or recover rewards from earlier kills. Multiple clients in a different level from the host do not share enemies.

CHANGELOG
Combat & Networking Sync Ability Visibility: Ranged attacks, lightning strikes, weapon arts, and player projectiles now correctly render across all players' screens.
Defensive Actions: Blocking and parrying now register accurately against enemies targeting or originating from other players.
Hit Registration & Animations: Enemy attacks now connect precisely when visible, resolving desynced hits, missing animations, and erratic movement/sliding.
Boss Encounters AI & Phase Stability: Bosses no longer freeze, become unresponsive, or slide when a teammate is dead (applies to both base game and DLC). Multi-phase and multi-boss encounters now track correctly and register shared victories without displaying outdated health bars.
Revive Mechanic: Slaying a boss revives your downed teammate next to you (capped at one revive per encounter).
Quality of Life: Boss cutscenes can now be skipped via group vote, and victory music properly cuts off once the encounter concludes.
Session Recovery: Disconnecting or wiping during a boss encounter no longer traps the party in an unrecoverable state.
DLC: Furnace of War Co-op Synchronization: Rooms, enemy spawns, and floor layouts now match for all players.
Known Issue: DLC stages may still desync if players fail to load into the zone simultaneously; ongoing stability fixes are in progress.
General Fixes Session Stability: Resolved several Steam session and connection-handling errors.
World Interaction: Fixed elevator synchronization issues so lifts function reliably for all party members.
