What This Adds
Prevents the vanity sparkle effect from showing up when a player changes appearance in some way.
DO NOTE: THIS IS CLIENT SIDE ONLY!
This does not prevent the effect from showing up for other players in multiplayer
Modded on version 12026.a3! Be aware that game updates may break the mod.
