Finding the upgradeIds.txt File:
Right-click on the game in your Steam library. Click Manage. Select Browse Local Files. Navigate to BepInEx/plugins/Pauli-EveryFriendIsX-(VERSION NUMBER)/BepInEx/plugins/pauli-EveryFriendIsX.
