Preferred version: 5.4.2100README
Uninstall the old ones or your game will probably crash or something. Recommended you change your MovementPlus MAX FALL SPEED higher, i recommend 66.667, I'm not talking about fastfall speed, max fall speed is in the misc options of your MovementPlus config.
