Features
When hitting an object and stopping when at a high velocity (ex. falling down around 20 feet) you ragdoll. When object hits at high velocity, (ex. car) ragdoll. When hit surface with car, you ragdoll and get ejected out of seat. (can be toggled)

Enabled, Threshold, seat eject enabled, seat eject power, down time
