WristHubOS 4.3
BONELAB tools belong on your wrist.
WristHub now includes signed automatic updates. Choose Stable, Beta, Dev, or Disabled in Settings. New verified builds download quietly, install when BONELAB closes, and include rollback protection if file replacement fails.
Wake the watch and WristHubOS projects a complete wrist-powered operating system in front of you. Change avatars, join Fusion rooms, spawn items, open portals, manage friends, download content, control utilities, and use SDK apps without digging through a stack of menus.
Never lose an RP outfit again
Have you ever joined an RP and someone asked you to put on their outfit or outfit pack, but you could not find it and everyone ended up waiting? That problem is gone.
Point Scan Avatar at another Fusion player and WristHub opens the exact avatar they are wearing. If it is installed, equip it immediately. If it is missing, WristHub takes you to the matching pack so you can download it. No guessing names, scrolling through thousands of avatars, or holding up the lobby.
The Avatar app also includes fast 3D previews, search, pack browsing, favorites and history, editable avatar stats, and Fusion cosmetic controls.
Meet the Spawner
The Spawner turns WristHub into a pocket-sized, full-color spawn menu.
- Browse installed weapons, tools, props, vehicles, NPCs, packs, favorites, and newest-first recents.
- Inspect a centered, rotating 3D preview before spawning.
- Pull supported item previews out of the display to materialize them directly into the same hand.
- Use Float to leave an item suspended and ready to grab.
- Use In Front for quick placement.
- Use Raycast to place an object precisely where the collision line lands.
- Use In Hand to deliver supported items through BONELAB's native grip system.
- Scan an existing object to open that exact spawnable and add it to Recents.
WristHub preserves real grips, trigger behavior, physics, textures, and Fusion sharing. Avatar crates remain in the Avatar app instead of cluttering the Spawner.
JollyGuy Edition
Version 4.3 introduces the JollyGuy Edition collaboration theme: deep violet glass, a glowing purple-and-white JG identity, abstract Nullbody-inspired linework, neon watch halos, themed buttons, and a bright projection orbit. The design carries across the physical watch and holographic interface while keeping every label clean and readable.
Everything on your wrist
- Fusion: Browse official and compatible Epic/EOS rooms, see artwork and player counts, preserve supported colored room names, enter room codes, Quick Join, and open Fusion's full menu.
- Party Portals: Open visible world and Fusion portals that compatible WristHub players can enter, with safer room handoffs and reconnect recovery.
- Friends: Native WristHub friend codes, requests, messages, presence, invites, blocking and unblocking, plus actionable watch notifications and haptic alerts. LabLink is not required.
- Mod Store: Separate mod.io and Thunderstore tabs with search, paging, downloads, progress, live content registration when safe, and restart notices for code mods.
- Soundboard: Browse community or local sounds on PCVR and Quest, monitor them locally, and broadcast compatible playback through Fusion.
- Voicemod on PCVR: Browse official Voicemod sounds and voices, control effects and microphone state, and use Voicemod's own monitoring.
- Utilities: Grab Anything, God Mode, Super Strength, Infinite Ammo, Invisible Holsters, Headlight, Flashlight, and Ultra Light.
- Mini Map: View nearby geometry, heading, and live Fusion player markers.
- Director: Quick MonoDirector controls when it is installed.
- Installed Apps: WristHub SDK apps appear like phone apps and can be launched or pinned from Home.
A better watch
Choose Classic Circle, Rounded Rectangle, Compact Square, Projection Core, or Invisible watch presentation. Adjust wrist side, size, body scale, arm position, sleep lift, opening gesture, idle timeout, 12/24-hour time, focus behavior, haptics, and reduced motion. New installs use a 12-hour clock by default.
The interface has been cleaned up across Settings, Friends, Fusion, Avatars, Spawner, Store, and Home so buttons remain reachable and long text no longer takes over the page.
Smoother and safer than 4.2
WristHub 4.3 includes the full stability work from the 4.2.1 development cycle:
- Faster lazy page construction, preview caching, frame-sliced Quest work, and bounded background refreshes.
- Full-color Spawner and Avatar preview repair with safer cleanup and stale-callback protection.
- Reliable direct Fusion joining and portal handoffs without the old disconnect-first failure.
- Stable Fusion room selection while the room list refreshes.
- Correct newest-first Spawner Recents, even while a large installed catalog is still indexing.
- Safer Float and In Front physics that release as soon as an item is deliberately grabbed.
- Better native grip selection for guns, swords, tools, and props.
- Quest networking, downloads, utilities, spawning, lighting, and Fusion crash hardening.
- Provider isolation so mod.io and Thunderstore results never flash or bleed into each other.
- Protection against old WristHub or BoneHub backup DLLs being loaded beside the current release.
See the included changelog for the complete fix-by-fix history.
Downloads and installation
Downloaded BONELAB content is registered as soon as installation finishes when the pack and runtime support safe live loading. Thunderstore code mods require a BONELAB restart because DLLs cannot be safely activated while the game is running.
- PCVR: Install the regular WristHub package.
- Standalone Quest: Install WristHub Quest on a LemonLoader-patched Quest 2, Quest 3, or Quest 3S.
PCVR and Quest use different builds. Do not install the PCVR package on standalone Quest. The Quest build keeps the same WristHubOS features with lazy pages, smaller caches, frame-sliced previews, and lighter background work.
For a manual install, place WristHub.dll, WristHub.Core.dll, and WristHub.SDK.dll in BONELAB's Mods folder. Remove old BoneHub.dll files and never keep backup DLLs inside Mods.
Voicemod and Soundboard setup
- Soundboard: Community Sounds need no extra setup. Browse or search, tap a sound, and join a compatible Fusion lobby to broadcast it. Local WAV, OGG, and MP3 files can be placed in
UserData/WristHub/Soundboard. - Audio decoding: AudioImportLib is installed as a dependency and handles supported Soundboard audio on PCVR and Quest.
- Voicemod on PCVR: Keep Voicemod running and logged in. WristHub connects through Voicemod's local Control API and never stores your password. Voicemod is not shown on standalone Quest.
- Monitoring: Soundboard and Voicemod remember separate Monitor settings and both default to On.
WristHub works with official LabFusion and compatible Epic/EOS Fusion builds. Never install two different LabFusion.dll files at the same time.

CHANGELOG
Changelog
PCVR + QUEST 4.3.2 — FULL RELEASE
- Added a dedicated
WristHubUpdater.dllbootstrap underPluginsfor both PCVR and Quest packages. - The updater now applies verified staged updates before WristHub and the rest of the Mods folder load.
- Preserved signed manifests, SHA-256 verification, Stable/Beta/Dev channels, safe staging, backup, and rollback.
- Removed the embedded downloader from
WristHub.dllso update checks cannot compete with the running watch UI. - Restored Fusion Browse JOIN to Fusion's native atomic room-code handoff without pre-disconnecting the current lobby.
- Removed full gameplay-object cloning from initialized Spawner previews, preventing copied
MarrowEntity.AwakeandGrip.OnDestroyerror bursts. - Reduced complex-preview hierarchy probing from dozens of scans to a bounded low-rate pass while preserving full-color materials.
- Kept PCVR and Quest update identities platform-specific while promoting both public packages to v4.3.2.
PCVR 4.3.1 — FULL RELEASE
- Hotfix 2 makes Voicemod verify its real local-monitor state before every deliberate play instead of trusting a stale cached toggle.
- Hotfix 2 also gives active Soundboard clips a request-scoped decoder lease, reuses the loaded clip for replay, and retires old Quest audio in mixer-safe order.
- Bounded the rare Quest managed-decoder fallback to 30 seconds so malformed or unusually long clips cannot create a standalone memory spike.
- Hotfix 1 stops a verified per-frame
Physics.ClosestPointwarning flood caused when AutoAbility's climbing path encounters non-convex map colliders. - WristHub now preserves AutoAbility climbing with a safe, allocation-free bounds fallback and uses the same collider safety in Spawner hand-distance and delete-assist checks.
- Promoted the PCVR release to v4.3.1 with the complete v4.3 feature set and current Fusion, Soundboard, Spawner, Avatar Scan, utility, and stability fixes.
- Kept the PCVR and Quest update identities independent so each platform receives only its compatible runtime.
PCVR + QUEST 4.3.0 — FULL RELEASE
- Hotfix 2 prevents repeated standalone Soundboard playback from invalidating native decoder memory and crashing after several plays.
- Soundboard and the Quest-local Voicemod-style library now share the same retained, replay-safe audio lifetime and audible local-monitor route.
- Hotfix 1 repairs Quest Soundboard playback by decoding validated HTTPS audio through Quest's native Android audio path before falling back to cached-file and managed decoders.
- The same authenticated native route now handles lobby sounds received from other WristHub players, while old undecodable Quest cache entries are discarded safely.
- Confirmed the reported socket
10051thumbnail exception originates in LabFusion's mod.io thumbnail downloader whenthumb.modcdn.iois unreachable; WristHub does not suppress or misattribute that external failure. - Added signed automatic updates with separate Stable, Beta, Dev, and Disabled channels.
- Updates download through the correct PCVR or Quest transport, verify an RSA signature and SHA-256 checksum, stage safely, and activate after BONELAB closes.
- Added transactional backup and rollback; only WristHub's three runtime DLLs can be replaced by an update.
- Added a guarded publisher workflow where the exact
PUBLISH THIS VERSION FOR EVERYONEconfirmation uploads immutable builds first and the signed public signal last. - Promoted the standalone Quest package from the 4.2.1 development line to the official 4.3.0 full release with the complete platform-optimized feature set.
- Fixed preview-pull hand delivery losing its original left/right hand when the player crouches, moves, changes avatar, or Fusion replaces a transient hand proxy while the spawn is pending.
- Fusion spawn requests now retain their complete request wrapper, spawnable, and callback until completion, preventing successful preview pulls from losing the object before native attachment.
- Restored Dev Build 39's stable Grab Anything latch behavior on PCVR, preventing a second fallback joint from briefly grabbing and then popping the player off walls, floors, or pipes.
- Removed the newer PCVR Fusion handoff reset from Grab Anything; replacement WorldGrip instances are now adopted naturally exactly as they were in Dev Build 39.
- Restored Dev Build 39's exact direct Fusion Join behavior: WristHub hands the selected room code to Fusion and does not intercept any socket sends during the native disconnect/reconnect handshake.
- Removed the global Steam socket-send guard introduced in the crash hotfix because Fusion legitimately sends connection traffic while changing its internal socket state.
- Blocked ModioModNetworker from deleting or replacing pallet bundles after BONELAB's Asset Warehouse has opened them, preventing the verified
Bonesi.PathOWOgennative Unity crash. - Contained the exact invalid pooled-object callback seen 937 times in the crash session so spawn/despawn cleanup cannot create a log and frame-time flood.
- Kept the working native Fusion join route and full-color Spawner previews unchanged.
- Restored the requested public identity:
v4.3.0 FULL RELEASE.
PCVR 4.3.1 — DEV BUILD 1
- Fixed Grab Anything losing its live WorldGrip state after a manual Fusion lobby join.
- Re-arms Grab Anything after Fusion finishes replacing the local player rig.
- Prevents callbacks from an old WorldGrip from suppressing the replacement rig's safe fallback.
- Locked direct Browse/code/invite joins to Fusion's single native atomic room-code action—the proven Dev 26/27 route.
- Added a second safety boundary that blocks ModioModNetworker from deleting or replacing pallet files after Asset Warehouse has opened them.
- Diagnosed the latest native crash as
Bonesi.PathOWOgenbeing modified while its bundle was open, not as a WristHub utility crash.
Quest 4.2.1 — DEV BUILD 42
- Fixed
QUEST AUDIO DECODERS COULD NOT LOAD TRACKon standalone Quest. - Soundboard now uses Unity's Android-native WAV, OGG, and MP3 loader before its managed fallback.
- Detects the real audio format from downloaded bytes instead of trusting a URL or filename alone.
- Invalidated the previous community-audio cache so broken or partial tracks are downloaded cleanly.
- Removed Quest's failing desktop AudioImportLib compatibility fallback; PCVR remains unchanged.
Quest 4.2.1 — DEV BUILD 40
- Fixed native item, floor, wall, and pipe grips breaking on standalone Quest.
- Quest no longer detours
WorldGrip.ValidateGripScore; BONELAB's native grip scoring remains untouched. - Grab Anything now uses one isolated, bounded Quest fallback only while the utility is enabled and the player deliberately holds grip.
- PCVR remains on the unchanged 4.3.0 full release and retains its already-verified Harmony scoring route.
4.3.0 — Full Release
WristHub 4.3 turns the 4.2 beta into a complete wrist-powered BONELAB platform on PCVR and standalone Quest. This release includes every feature and reliability fix developed throughout the 4.2.1 test cycle.
Avatar Scan and Avatar Manager

- Installed scanned avatars can be equipped immediately; missing avatars open their matching downloadable pack.
- Added fast native and full-color 3D preview paths with independent PCVR and Quest caches.
- Added avatar search, pack filtering, history, favorites, editable stats, saved stat profiles, instant re-equip, and Fusion cosmetic controls.
- Fixed built-in avatar scans remaining on Loading, stale scan callbacks, oversized previews, inconsistent preview height, missing Quest models, and slow first-open behavior.
Spawner
- Added the full Spawner app with installed-pack discovery, search, categories, packs, favorites, and newest-first Recents.
- Added full-color rotating 3D previews, Reset View, centered sizing, cached visual templates, and pull-to-hand materialization.
- Added Float, In Front, Raycast, and In Hand modes with coordinated local and Fusion spawning.
- Added exact-object scanning so an existing item can be opened in the Spawner and placed at the top of Recents.
- Added collision-aware Raycast placement, open-air fallback where supported, stable per-trigger poses, safer surface clearance, and a four-request queue.
- Added deterministic native grip selection for firearms, melee weapons, tools, ammunition, and props.
- Fixed teal or invisible previews, helper spheres, material loss, preview leaks, wrong pivot rotation, inconsistent size, upside-down melee orientation, embedded placement, frozen Float/In Front items, repeated attachment, silent newly spawned guns, and failed lightsaber or sword grabs.
- Blocked avatar crates from Spawner discovery and execution so avatars remain in the Avatar app.
Fusion and Party Portals
- Added richer Fusion room browsing with artwork, player counts, descriptions, room details, stable selection during refresh, and supported per-letter HTML color formatting.
- Added native room-code joins, Quick Join, player views, and official/Epic backend capability handling.
- Added shared Party Portals with destination routing, visible portal state, remote lifecycle support, and safer reconnect behavior.
- Fixed first-join disconnects, disconnect-first room handoffs, same-room portal disconnects, stale room selection, frozen watch input during joins, missing room details, and portal travel returning to the map without rejoining its room.
Native Friends and Smart Notifications

- Added private, actionable watch notifications with theme-aware cards, deep links, unread badges, priority ordering, focus modes, and two-pulse wrist haptics for important social events.
- Added offline event handling, receipts, native Fusion identity handshakes, and legacy-contact migration.
- Fixed placeholder player names, missing requests, failed acceptance, missing messages, blocked-contact management, stale notifications, and external social-provider failures disabling Friends.
Watch, interface, and JollyGuy Edition
- Added JollyGuy Edition, featuring deep-violet glass, abstract glowing white-and-purple Nullbody-inspired linework, alternating identity accents, a luminous JG badge, neon watch halos, and a white projection orbit.
- Added Classic Circle, Rounded Rectangle, Compact Square, Projection Core, and Invisible watch presentations.
- Added adjustable watch size, body scale, wrist side, arm position, sleep lift, activation gesture, idle timeout, focus behavior, haptics, Reduced Motion, and 12/24-hour time. New installs default to 12-hour time.
- Redesigned Home, Settings, Friends, Fusion, Avatars, Spawner, Store, and app navigation for cleaner spacing and fewer clipped or overlapping controls.
- Fixed invisible PCVR watch cases, misplaced or rotating locked watches, unreadable theme text, JollyGuy seams and excessive linework, Compass opening Watch Settings, ineffective Sleep Lift, broken UI scaling, and page controls overlapping content.
Stores, downloads, and installed apps
- Added separate mod.io and Thunderstore provider state so results, artwork, pages, errors, and callbacks cannot bleed between tabs.
- Added live content registration when supported, safe restart-required handling for code mods, download progress, cancellation, retry, and installed-mod detection across PCVR and Quest.

Soundboard and Voicemod
- Added a cross-platform Soundboard for community and local sounds with search, categories, paging, attribution, local monitoring, and compatible Fusion broadcast.
- Added a separate PCVR Voicemod app using the official local Control API for voices, sounds, monitoring, microphone controls, favorites, and shortcuts.
- Kept Soundboard and Voicemod state, playback, caches, errors, and Monitor preferences fully separate.
- Fixed short custom-sound playback, missing artwork, crossed provider state, doubled sender playback, hidden catalog entries, broken Back navigation, and page-close playback cleanup.
Utilities, Quest, and performance
- Added Grab Anything, ragdoll-safe God Mode, Super Strength, Infinite Ammo, Invisible Holsters, Fusion cosmetics, Headlight, Flashlight, and Ultra Light.
- Added capability-based hooks and readable compatibility states for different BONELAB, PCVR, and Quest method signatures.
- Added Quest lazy page construction, frame-sliced preview preparation, smaller bounded caches, reduced hidden-page work, throttled diagnostics, and safer Android networking.
- Fixed Grab Anything intermittently failing after map changes, God Mode blocking commanded ragdolls, utility toggles claiming success without a working hook, Quest headlight failures, delete-mode targeting, rig flinging, and repeated main-thread work that caused lag spikes.
- Prevented old WristHub/BoneHub backup DLLs inside BONELAB's Mods tree from loading alongside the active release. Backups now belong outside the loadable Mods directory.
The detailed development-build history below remains included for complete fix-by-fix reference.
Latest DEV BUILD 39
- Fixed Recent appearing empty while the large installed spawnable catalog was still indexing.
- Saved Recent items now resolve directly in newest-first order before unrelated catalog work.
- Removed legacy WristHub/BoneHub backup DLLs from BONELAB's loadable Mods tree so only one WristHub build initializes.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 39.
DEV BUILD 38
- The Spawner now opens directly to Recent every time it is launched from WristHubOS Home.
- Recent starts at the newest spawned item and refreshes the focused preview immediately.
- Search, scanned-item, and downloaded-pack deep links still retain their intended destination.
- Fusion Browse now renders per-letter HTML lobby colors instead of showing color tags as text.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 38.
DEV BUILD 37
- Fixed In Front and Float objects remaining kinematic after a Fusion disconnect when the replacement hand rig grabbed them.
- Suspended objects now recognize BONELAB's live hovered/attached receiver and the real grip collider geometry.
- A deliberate nearby grab restores every captured rigidbody immediately; touching without gripping keeps the object suspended.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 37.
DEV BUILD 36
- Fixed Fusion Browse JOIN disconnecting from the current room without entering the selected room.
- Browse and typed-code joins now automatically use the same connected-room handoff already proven by Party Portals.
- Disconnected joins still use Fusion's immediate native room-code path, while same-room joins preserve the live session.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 36.
DEV BUILD 35
- Fixed Party Portals disconnecting the player when their destination was the Fusion room they already occupied.
- Same-room portals now preserve the live Fusion connection instead of performing an unnecessary disconnect/rejoin cycle.
- Fusion joined-server events must now identify the requested destination before WristHub completes a portal handoff.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 35.
DEV BUILD 34
- Prevented ModioModNetworker 2.8.1 from replacing an already-loaded pallet folder during play, which caused Unity to report a modified/corrupt archive and crash inside
UnityPlayer.dll. - New content downloads still work normally. Updates to packs already loaded by BONELAB are safely refused until they can be updated while the game is closed.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 34.
DEV BUILD 33
- Restored the exact DEV BUILD 26/27 Fusion Browse join path: one immediate native room-code handoff with no WristHub disconnect, retry, or sixty-second watch lock.
- Removed the cached exact-lobby delegate from normal Browse joins after logs showed it timing out twice without entering either selected server.
- Fusion lobby names now recognize standard
<color=#RRGGBB>, shorthand<#RRGGBB>,[#RRGGBB] Name, and#RRGGBB Namecolor forms. - Restored DEV BUILD 27's real-surface validation for PCVR Grab Anything so stale WorldGrip points cannot report success while blocking the actual grab.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 33.
DEV BUILD 32
- Fusion Browse now preserves safe lobby-name color, font, weight, size, and emphasis tags instead of truncating markup and hiding part of the title.
- Styled lobby names are measured by visible characters, close every retained tag safely, auto-size inside their cards, and retain plain readable names for sorting.
- Public lobby joins temporarily used Fusion's exact native lobby action; DEV BUILD 33 restores the proven code-based browser action after live testing exposed a timeout.
- Float and In Front remain suspended until a deliberate grip reaches the item's native grip area or BONELAB confirms attachment, then restore every original physics value once.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 32.
DEV BUILD 31
- Restored PCVR Grab Anything's proven 4.1 WorldGrip scoring behavior for floors, walls, pipes, moving platforms, and modded map geometry.
- PCVR no longer rejects a valid live WorldGrip merely because the map omits optional collider metadata or uses a moving rigidbody surface.
- Quest retains its separate guarded contact validation so stale WorldGrip points cannot steal ordinary item grabs.
- Includes DEV BUILD 30's exact-item Scan Gun fix for grenades, gadgets, tools, props, and firearm subparts.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 31.
DEV BUILD 30
- Scan Gun now honors the exact pooled item beneath the collider, so separate grenades, gadgets, tools, and props no longer redirect to a nearby or held firearm.
- Parent-firearm promotion is limited to confirmed gun subparts such as loaded ammunition, magazines, barrels, bolts, slides, scopes, stocks, foregrips, and attachments.
- Loose ammunition remains scannable when it has no owning firearm in its object hierarchy.
- Preserved DEV BUILD 29's upright, centered NPC preview repair.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 30.
DEV BUILD 29
- NPC Spawner previews now use humanoid hips, head, and shoulder bones to stand upright and face the viewer instead of inheriting arbitrary prefab-root tilt.
- NPCs use a dedicated standing-height and stage-width fit, keeping wide poses centered and consistently sized without changing weapon or prop previews.
- NPC alignment metadata is cached with the existing spawn geometry profile, avoiding extra per-frame fitting work.
- Preserved DEV BUILD 28's trigger-grip delivery, Float release, and Scan Gun Recents fixes.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 29.
DEV BUILD 28
- Pull-to-hand and In Hand firearm delivery now requires the gun's authored trigger grip or a verified primary firing grip; stocks, foregrips, magazines, bolts, slides, and accessories cannot be selected as fallback handholds.
- Released items now end WristHub's temporary hand latch at a controller-safe release edge, preventing them from snapping back or remaining stuck to the hand.
- Float releases its reversible freeze earlier when a real hand approaches and grips an item, fixing compact and offset-collider objects that could remain suspended after pickup.
- Scan Gun now clears the previous search, pack, and category state and immediately opens Recents with the scanned firearm selected.
- Audited the newest log; its remaining errors come from unregistered third-party CustomCampaignTools, MonoDirector, SpiderLab, and an InvisMod null reference rather than WristHub.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 28.
DEV BUILD 27
- Fixed Scan Gun selecting a loaded cartridge, casing, magazine, barrel, bolt, or attachment instead of the firearm that owns it.
- Scan Gun now evaluates only objects related to the collider hierarchy and prefers the authoritative firearm entity and its real spawnable crate.
- Standalone ammunition can still be scanned when it is not part of a gun.
- Preserved DEV BUILD 26's Fusion joining, built-in avatar scanning, and full-color Spawner preview repairs.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 27.
DEV BUILD 26
- Fixed the remaining official Fusion disconnect when joining from WristHub.
- Normal lobby selections now use Fusion's native room-code matchmaker, which refreshes the lobby identity before connecting instead of opening a stale cached Steam lobby ID.
- Normal joins remain separate from the portal reconnect observer, so an unsuccessful room cannot lock WristHub for sixty seconds.
- Scan Avatar now recognizes built-in BONELAB avatars such as Strong as locally equip-ready; it no longer waits for or rescans a mod.io pack that cannot exist.
- Preserved DEV BUILD 25's restored full-color Spawner previews and audit-log cleanup.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 26.
Latest DEV BUILD 25
- Restored the last verified full-color Spawner construction path: initialized items are cloned while inactive, stripped to their visual hierarchy, and displayed with their authored meshes, shaders, colors, and textures.
- Runtime-built items now receive a bounded, low-frequency initialization window and resolve their complete Marrow entity instead of releasing a renderer-empty Poolee shell after three frames.
- Preview materials keep their authored appearance while using independent render state, preventing pooled stencil or force-render settings from turning valid models teal.
- Official Fusion lobby cards now join by the native typed lobby ID and no longer enter the portal-only 60-second observer on a normal first join.
- A failed first Fusion attempt no longer locks WristHub input or background work; portal handoffs retain their separate guarded transition.
- Expected Friends relay HTTP timeouts now enter offline-cache mode quietly instead of appearing as repeated audit warnings.
- Audited the remaining log errors: malformed Fusion spawnable downloads, Marrow initialization failures, Hitmarkers errors, and unregistered third-party assemblies remain correctly attributed to their originating mods.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 25.
Latest DEV BUILD 24
- Fixed the confirmed PCVR path which permanently displayed teal Spawner models when a weapon builds its renderers only after pooling.
- Runtime-initialized preview sources now use BONELAB's reliable native
SpawnAsynccompletion result instead of Patch 4's dropped BoneLib helper callback. - WristHub copies the initialized object's authored meshes, textures, and materials into a script-free preview, then immediately returns the temporary source to its pool.
- The teal
PreviewMeshremains only a bounded final fallback for genuinely unavailable or malformed visual data. - Selected Fusion rooms now invoke the exact native lobby join delegate captured from Fusion's own browser; room-code matchmaking remains a fallback only when that handle has expired.
- This removes the disconnected-without-joining state seen when official Fusion accepted WristHub's code search but never completed the selected lobby handoff.
- Avatar Scan now recognizes modded Fusion art rigs whose colliders are not parented beneath Fusion's
RigManagerorMarrowEntity. - A successful scan opens the exact avatar card immediately; its pack lookup and download details fill into that card without leaving the player on the scanner screen.
- Retained DEV BUILD 23's pinned Fusion lobby details and DEV BUILD 22's Avatar Scan and join fixes.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 24.
Latest DEV BUILD 23
- Pinned Fusion lobby details to the selected room's stable code instead of its changing list position.
- Background lobby refreshes now pause while a room's picture, description, players, and JOIN controls are open.
- A late search response can no longer swap the details card to a different newly listed lobby.
- Returning to the public room list resumes normal refreshing while preserving the selected room when it still exists.
- Restored full-color Spawner previews when a crate's borrowed prefab callback never arrives: WristHub now falls back to one isolated initialized source with the item's authored meshes, textures, and materials before considering the teal lightweight mesh.
- The full-color fallback is generation-bound, debounced, and copied once, preventing stale models and repeated preview work from bringing back the Spawner lag spike.
- Retained DEV BUILD 22's instant Avatar Scan, preview recovery, and native Fusion join repairs.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 23.
Latest DEV BUILD 22
- Fixed Scan Avatar freezing the game by opening only the scanned pack instead of rebuilding all 5,500+ installed avatar entries on the Unity thread.
- Fusion-loaded avatar crates now open immediately by their authoritative barcode even when WristHub's background installed-library index has not reached that pallet yet.
- Downloaded scan results now return directly to the exact avatar without a second full-library refresh.
- Added retained, bounded retries for native and full-color avatar preview callbacks, including community avatars whose BONELAB avatar definition is nested below the crate root.
- Added a renderer fallback for valid avatars whose declared preview renderer list is incomplete, while preserving the lightweight native mesh on complex Quest avatars.
- Repaired WristHub Fusion joining by handing cross-lobby room codes directly to official Fusion's native join flow instead of disconnecting the player first.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 22.
Latest DEV BUILD 21
- Added Scan Avatar to the Avatars app: aim at another Fusion player and press trigger to identify their exact current avatar.
- Installed scans open the matching avatar inside its full pack with Equip ready.
- Missing scans securely ask that Fusion peer for the correct mod.io pack, then open Download and return to the exact scanned avatar after installation.
- The scan ray cannot select your own rig or see players through solid walls, and stale or late lookup results cannot replace the current page.
- Split the bottom action row into clean Scan Avatar and Equip/Download controls without overlapping the preview or metadata.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 21.
Latest DEV BUILD 20
- Moved the Fusion lobby action row fully inside the usable watch surface so JOIN reliably receives fingertip presses.
- Removed the text/control overlap at the bottom of Fusion lobby details.
- Added a precise JOIN diagnostic so a future failed attempt identifies the chosen room immediately.
- Guarded LabFusion's remote-avatar setup from null or blank barcodes that interrupted player representation during lobby entry.
- Retained DEV BUILD 19's restored full-color Spawner preview path and DEV BUILD 18's authoritative inventory deletion.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 20.
Latest DEV BUILD 19
- Fixed Spawner models remaining teal even though their full-color assets were installed.
- Full-color previews now use BoneLib's proven initialized spawn callback—the same source behavior used by MarrowLink—instead of copying an empty
Pooleeshell. - Added a bounded, request-specific staging-cell recovery when Patch 4 fails to forward the preview callback; it never performs a scene-wide object scan.
- Authored meshes, textures, and materials are copied into the render-only preview, while the temporary physical source is immediately returned to its pool.
- Retained DEV BUILD 18's authoritative Fusion inventory deletion repair.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 19.
DEV BUILD 18
- Fixed other players' holstered items disappearing locally and then immediately returning in Fusion.
- Delete now resolves holstered weapons through Fusion's authoritative
WeaponSlotentity instead of falling back to a local-only pooled-object despawn. - The owner's networked holster is cleared before the server-routed despawn, and WristHub waits for confirmation with one bounded retry.
- Retained DEV BUILD 17's full-color preview and reliable official-Fusion join repairs.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 18.
Latest DEV BUILD 17
- Fixed weapons and props getting stuck on teal fallback previews even when their authored meshes and materials were available.
- Preview sources now receive a tiny bounded initialization window while isolated and physics-frozen, then WristHub copies only their safe visual hierarchy.
- Newly created physics, colliders, and audio are captured and restored safely before the temporary preview source returns to its pool.
- Kept the DEV BUILD 16 catalog throttling and instant first-page behavior, so full-color upgrades do not bring back the Spawner lag.
- Fixed WristHub joins dropping the destination while official Fusion was disconnecting from the previous lobby; the destination is now submitted once on Fusion's first clean disconnected frame.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 17.
Latest DEV BUILD 16
- The Spawner now makes its first complete page usable while the rest of a large installed library indexes in the background.
- Preview loading and catalog indexing no longer perform their heaviest work on the same frame.
- Added a timed native 3D fallback when a community crate never returns its full-color callback; a late full-color result can still upgrade it safely.
- Restored DEV BUILD 11's proven initial preview normalization and retained authored textures for the full preview lifetime.
- Added focused preview diagnostics so missing callbacks can be identified without per-frame log spam.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 16.
Latest DEV BUILD 15
- Restored DEV BUILD 11's complete Spawner catalog transaction so the app no longer exposes a broken one-item partial index.
- Restored full-color renderer-only previews for community spawnables which create their visual hierarchy during pool initialization.
- Restored the proven catalog and preview timing budgets from DEV BUILD 11 while retaining the newer cached interaction checks.
- Kept preview source objects isolated, frozen, script-disabled, and immediately returned to their pool after their inert render hierarchy is copied.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 15.
Latest DEV BUILD 14
- Fixed community weapons exposing dozens of authored renderers but remaining teal because the helper filter rejected the complete art hierarchy.
- Spawner now loads the authored full-color prefab first and requests the teal lightweight mesh only when a crate genuinely cannot provide safe full-color art.
- Removed the duplicate PreviewMesh/full-color request and duplicate fitting work performed on every selection.
- Removed the per-frame full-renderer hand-contact scan. Detailed preview bounds are checked only on a new grip or pinch press and use the renderer list cached at load time.
- The first six installed items appear immediately. Remaining catalog metadata is indexed one entry per frame to prevent the long opening spike from becoming sustained stutter.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 14.
Latest DEV BUILD 13
- Removed the hidden live weapon/NPC preview path that left active gun scripts below the map, caused continuous frame spikes, and could crash BONELAB while Fusion unloaded the scene.
- Full-color Spawner previews now copy only inert authored renderers from the crate asset. Missing or malformed visuals use the lightweight native preview without spawning gameplay objects.
- Fixed valid weapon art being rejected when one renderer contained a BONELAB grip or interaction material slot.
- Removed unsafe
_MainTexlookups, per-selection material cloning, duplicate preview construction, and repeated full-hierarchy fitting passes. - Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 13.
Latest DEV BUILD 12
- Fixed the Spawner safety filter rejecting complete weapon models when their authored art was nested under BONELAB grip or interaction roots. Full-color 3D previews now retain the real item geometry.
- Removed per-selection material cloning and added a strict catalog time budget to reduce Spawner selection and browsing hitches on PCVR and Quest.
- Delete Mode now caches occupied native holster slots when armed and can directly select their hosted object with a wider assist area, including holstered objects whose collider is not on the visible beam.
- Firearm hand delivery now waits for the gun's authored trigger grip instead of falling back to an inactive stock, brace, rear, or support grip.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 12.
Latest DEV BUILD 11
- Replaced the remaining full gameplay-object preview clone with a renderer-only hierarchy copy. Complex guns no longer instantiate and strip 100+ renderers and scripts in one frame.
- Reduced Invisible Holsters maintenance from repeated hierarchy scans to a small cached-renderer check.
- Fixed Delete mode resolving the holster slot collider instead of the weapon it references.
- Delete now finds a directly aimed holstered weapon under local or remote player rigs, clears its native slot, and uses Fusion's network despawn route when applicable.
- Firearms now use
Gun.triggerGrip, BONELAB's authored firing-hand grip, before any fallback scoring. Stocks, foregrips, magazines, slides, bolts, charging handles, and accessory grips are rejected. - Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 11.
Latest DEV BUILD 10
- Removed the automatic 5,500-avatar background re-index that could spike the game after startup or a Fusion handoff. The saved index now opens immediately; manual refresh and newly installed packs still update normally.
- Made same-lobby Party Portals match Fusion's real lobby identity, disconnect once, and immediately rejoin instead of leaving the player disconnected behind a stale room code.
- Gave Delete mode an 8 cm assisted target sweep and wider beam so small props are easier to select without bringing back the bright endpoint orb.
- Added holster-aware deletion. WristHub now clears the native holster slot before safely despawning its item, while continuing to protect players and level geometry.
- Voicemod now unmutes its microphone and enables Voice Changer when needed, and clearly reminds the player that Steam/Fusion input must use the Voicemod Virtual Microphone.
- Updated PCVR and Quest labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 10.
Latest DEV BUILD 9
- Fixed Quest Grab Anything running its native WorldGrip hook and manual fallback at the same time.
- Added solid-contact validation so stale Quest wall points cannot steal ordinary item grips.
- Prevented WorldGrip scoring while a native item Grip is close to the hand, including larger multipart objects.
- Kept the manual fallback available only when the native hook genuinely goes quiet after a rig or map change.
- Updated the in-game, startup-log, and package labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 9on PCVR and Quest.
Earlier development update
- Made In Front use Float's reversible freeze behavior so objects wait ahead of the player and release normally when grabbed.
- Expanded Scan Object from firearms to every reusable spawned crate except avatars, including multipart objects whose collider is separated from its Poolee.
- Made Fusion Delete mode send the same server-routed network-prop despawn request used by the native Spawn Gun, while continuing to protect player rigs and level geometry.
- Fixed custom Voicemod sounds being cut off after 80 ms. Key-up is now sent only for
PlayLoopOnPress, matching Voicemod's documented playback modes. - Added configurable WristHub idle closing: 5 sec, 10 sec, 15 sec, 20 sec, or Always On.
- Updated the in-game, startup-log, and package development labels on PCVR and Quest.
DEV BUILD 10
-
Fixed silent Soundboard playback caused by BONELAB's missing Unity
DownloadHandlerAudioClipconstructor. WAV, OGG, and MP3 playback now uses the supported cross-platform AudioImportLib decoder. -
Added AudioImportLib as an explicit PCVR and Quest package dependency so Soundboard decoding is installed consistently.
-
Added real Freesound waveform artwork to Soundboard tiles and the selected-sound panel with bounded caching and stale-row rejection.
-
Fixed one unanswered Voicemod bitmap request blocking every image after it; timed-out artwork now releases the queue and HTTPS artwork is used as a safe fallback.
-
Stabilized Voicemod monitoring by reading the authoritative state after a toggle instead of racing its event response.
-
Scan Gun now adopts the real crate from a pointed Fusion/local gun, shows its pack, opens its exact preview, and saves it at the top of Recents.
-
Fixed Spawner Recents being alphabetized after timeline sorting. Every confirmed spawn now moves immediately to the first position in true newest-first order.
-
Split audio into two independent apps: Soundboard on PCVR and Quest, plus the official Voicemod controller on PCVR only.
-
Added separate persistent MONITOR: ON/OFF controls. Both default to On, and changing monitoring never interrupts lobby playback.
-
Soundboard now starts local monitoring and Fusion transmission from the same decoded clip and timestamp. The sender's returned packet is ignored, preventing echo and doubled audio.
-
Soundboard monitoring can be turned Off while the selected sound continues broadcasting to the Fusion lobby.
-
Voicemod uses Voicemod's own monitoring pathway, so official sounds are not duplicated through a second WristHub AudioSource.
-
Preserved Voicemod playback modes, including restart, pause, overlap, loop, and press/release behavior when exposed by the Control API.
-
Added separate search, paging, catalog, playback, error, and request-generation state so Soundboard and Voicemod callbacks cannot bleed into one another.
-
Soundboard playback now uses Fusion's native voice codec and player voice channel, so everyone who can normally hear the sender in Fusion can hear the selected sound without installing WristHub.
-
Added real-time mono downmixing, sample-rate conversion, soft limiting, and bounded 40 ms voice packets on both PCVR and Quest.
-
Fusion mute, deafen, loading, player mute, and server voice-chat rules remain authoritative. WristHub never bypasses them.
-
Kept the hosted WristHub audio relay as a version-safe fallback for compatible WristHub clients when an installed Fusion build has no supported native voice API.
-
Replaced the old file-only community bridge with a searchable Freesound Community catalog on PCVR and Quest.
-
Added Popular, New, Top, SFX, Music, and Funny tabs with full server-side pagination across more than 600,000 sounds.
-
Tapping a community sound now downloads its safe preview, plays it locally, and broadcasts it through the sender's Fusion voice channel.
-
Kept the Freesound credential on WristHub's hosted service; it is never included in either DLL or Thunderstore package.
-
Added creator and license attribution in the selected-sound panel, bounded 5 MB audio downloads, validation, caching, and stale-search rejection.
-
Fixed Lobby Soundboard audio being routed through a bypassed listener path that could advance silently on PCVR and Quest.
-
Added a server-hosted Lobby Soundboard for compatible WristHub players on PCVR and standalone Quest in the same Fusion lobby.
-
Lobby Sounds upload once to WristHub's authenticated audio cache; Fusion sends only the validated clip identity, avoiding large multiplayer packets and host stutters.
-
Added SHA-256 verification, a 5 MB clip limit, bounded disk caches, late-client downloads, request rate limits, and WAV/OGG/MP3 validation.
-
Added a dedicated PCVR LOBBY tab and made Quest's soundboard use the same cross-platform pathway. Put shareable clips in
UserData/WristHub/Soundboard. -
Kept PCVR's private Voicemod catalog separate because Voicemod's Control API exposes playable IDs but does not provide the underlying audio files needed by Quest clients.
-
Reduced Quest Lobby Soundboard UI rebuilding from ten times per second to once per second.
-
Fixed PCVR soundboard clips being silently routed to Voicemod's virtual microphone when its separate Mute for me monitor was enabled. WristHub now restores local soundboard monitoring before playback without changing microphone mute.
-
Fixed standalone Quest soundboard buttons completing without audible output by fully decoding and validating local WAV, OGG, and MP3 clips before starting BONELAB's audio mixer.
-
Added clear playback failure states when Quest cannot decode a track or its audio mixer does not start, instead of falsely displaying
PLAYING. -
Updated the in-game, startup-log, and package labels to
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 10on PCVR and Quest. -
Contained malformed avatar ArtRig failures that could repeat every frame and cause severe stuttering.
-
Added automatic ArtRig recovery after a valid avatar setup completes.
-
Restored Quest Grab Anything's proven native WorldGrip scoring path.
-
Fixed PCVR Voicemod sounds by completing each soundboard press with a matching release.
-
Improved Quest soundboard playback startup and output reliability.
-
Added Invisible Holsters to Utilities. It hides the local holster, ammo pouch, and BodyLog visuals while keeping every inventory slot active and usable.
-
Added a clean Fusion Cosmetics wardrobe to Avatars for viewing unlocked cosmetics, putting them on, taking them off, or removing every equipped cosmetic at once.
-
Cosmetic changes use Fusion's native save and multiplayer equip pathway and support compatible official and Epic/EOS Fusion builds.
-
Added a polished PCVR Community Bridge for searching Voicemod Tuna's 500,000+ community sounds from the wrist.
-
Added a validated Shared Soundboard inbox: copy a
share.voicemod.net/sblink, press PASTE + OPEN, confirm it in Voicemod, and WristHub remembers it for quick access. -
WristHub now watches for newly added Community or followed-board content for two minutes after opening it, then refreshes playable sounds automatically.
-
Saved shared boards receive lightweight update checks only while a Voicemod page is visible, keeping automatic syncing useful without adding background lag.
-
Stopped a destroyed LabFusion prop from throwing the same Rigidbody error every physics frame; the latest log contained more than 48,000 copies of this freeze-inducing loop.
-
Saved Avatar Stats now apply on the first safe frame of initial character load as well as after avatar swaps and re-equips.
-
Fixed Voicemod responses containing duplicate upper/lower-case fields silently hiding sounds or voices from search.
-
Voicemod search now searches the full active Sounds or Voices library even if a Favorites/New/Custom filter was previously selected.
-
Kept every unique sound returned by
getMemesandgetAllSoundboard, while preserving the correct playable filename for playback and artwork. -
Voicemod artwork is now requested and decoded one at a time through the local Control API; corrupt remote thumbnails and same-frame texture bursts no longer cause avoidable hitches.
-
Rebuilt the PCVR Voicemod app around Voicemod's actual layout: dark navigation rail, top search, filter chips, six artwork cards, selected-item details, and a compact control dock.
-
WristHub now keeps the complete returned soundboard and voice catalogs, shows filtered/total counts, and includes manual Sync without hiding locked catalog entries.
-
Added live Voicemod artwork loading with bounded caches and one-at-a-time decoding to avoid texture spikes.
-
Removed the repeating 15-second full-catalog request and four-times-per-second page rebuild; Voicemod now redraws only when catalog, control, or artwork state changes.
-
Fixed Voicemod's Back button returning to an invisible Tools page behind the app.
-
Voicemod now loads the complete
getMemesandgetAllSoundboardcatalogs with no 256-sound cap, including custom soundboard profiles and all returned voices. -
Search now refreshes against the latest catalog and matches sound names, IDs, and soundboard names.
-
Cached immutable catalog results remove repeated full-library allocations while browsing large Voicemod libraries.
-
Added narrow guards for the exact Fusion rig/load and malformed ammo-plug null paths found in the latest log, reducing exception-driven freezes without hiding unrelated errors.
-
Redesigned Voicemod into a cleaner card library with artwork tiles, search, six spacious results per page, and separated quick controls.
-
Removed Voicemod's per-frame list allocations and layout rebuilds to reduce hitches while the app is open.
-
Fixed direct official Fusion lobby joins using a different path than the working room-code join, which could immediately lose its socket and disconnect.
-
Added SAVE + RE-EQUIP to Avatar Stats so saved abilities are reapplied through BONELAB/Fusion immediately.
-
Quest Grab Anything now yields to nearby real item grips, resets on every map change, and accepts supported heavy map surfaces used by Summer Slash and gm_construct.
4.2.1 — DEV BUILD 6.5
- Development builds now show their exact version, dev-build number, and platform inside WristHub.
- PCVR displays
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 6.5 / PCVR. - Standalone Quest displays
v4.2.1 DEV BUILD 6.5 / QUEST. - Package filenames and startup logs now carry the same dev-build identity.
- Full releases will remove the DEV BUILD label; the next development version will restart at DEV BUILD 1.
- Added a redesigned PCVR Controller Shortcuts screen inside Voicemod with 10 persistent slots.
- Controller shortcuts support button chords, stick presses, double/triple/quad-tap gestures, and desktop keys A-Z or 1-9.
- Shortcuts work with Voicemod hotkeys and other compatible desktop shortcuts without requiring the reference mod DLL.
- Added input protection so controller shortcuts do not fire while WristHub or a text/menu input is active.
- Fixed a Quest Grab Anything state issue where stale world-grip contact could block ordinary item grabs.
- Quest world-grip state now recovers after avatar, rig, scene, or Fusion replacements.
4.2.1 BETA — Voicemod, Quest Soundboard, and Build Labels
- Added a visible version and platform label inside WristHub:
v4.2.1 BETA / PCVRorv4.2.1 BETA / QUEST. - PCVR Voicemod: connect to the supported local Voicemod Control API, browse and play soundboard clips or music, switch voices, toggle voice effects and Hear Myself, mute the microphone, and stop playback. Voicemod must be open and signed in; its configured virtual microphone carries processed audio into supported game and Fusion voice chat.
- Standalone Quest Soundboard: browse, play, stop, and refresh local WAV, OGG, and MP3 files from
UserData/WristHub/Soundboard. It does not require Voicemod or VMKey, but playback is local to BONELAB and is not injected into Quest voice chat. - Quest players running BONELAB through Steam Link or Air Link use the full PCVR Voicemod controls.
4.2.1 BETA — Native Friends Hotfix
- Fixed Quest Float-spawned objects remaining frozen after the player deliberately grips them.
- Fixed Quest Grab Anything failing on floors, walls, and pipes when LemonLoader omits optional WorldGrip hit fields.
- Quest world-grip fallback now verifies nearby solid level collision and rejects loose rigidbodies to prevent flinging.
- Fixed the standalone Quest Fusion Browse button doing nothing when Fusion was opened before Portals.
- Fusion now prepares its own public-server browser during the deferred Quest app setup and safely recovers if page preparation is interrupted.
- Fixed an immediate standalone Quest crash when pressing Install in Mod Store.
- Quest archive downloads now use Unity's supported Android networking path, copy to storage in small frame-friendly chunks, and stop safely when a package is too large for in-game installation.
- Fixed native Friend Code registration and added a clear MY CODE display in Friends.
- Fixed adding, accepting, and messaging friends through WristHub's own social relay.
- Fixed actionable friend-request and message notifications arriving while other apps are open.
- Fixed Fusion lobby contacts using
Player 1instead of each player's real Fusion name. - Native Friends remains fully independent from LabLink.
4.2.0 BETA — Meet the Spawner
- Added the new Spawner app with search, categories, packs, favorites, and recents.
- Added rotating 3D previews with Float, In Front, Raycast, and In Hand modes.
- Supported previews can be pulled out of the menu and materialized into the same hand.
- Rebuilt spawning around BONELAB and Fusion completion callbacks for smoother, safer item creation.
- Fixed repeated download completion handling that could reload the same pallet and cause severe lag.
- Downloaded mod.io content now enters the live catalog immediately after BONELAB registers its pallet.
- Spawner catalog updates no longer shuffle the page while the player is browsing.
- Improved preview cleanup, item grip selection, placement collision, late callback recovery, and Fusion ownership tracking.
- Added four physical watch designs: Classic Circle, Rounded Rectangle, Compact Square, and Projection Core.
- Added the JollyGuy Edition collaboration theme with deep violet hardware and glass, brighter abstract white/purple Nullbody-inspired linework, intensely glowing alternating-color JollyGuy and WristHub wordmarks with a JG badge, layered neon watch halos, and animated projection details with a glowing white orbit ring.
- Added a separate sleep-mode watch lift for keeping the clock visible above sleeves.
- Added a shadowless Utilities light with long-range Headlight, focused Flashlight, and extremely bright Ultra modes.
- New installations now start with the 12-hour clock format.
- Improved Quest startup, avatar previews, caches, and background performance.
- Kept the complete PCVR app set on Quest while lazily building pages and using smaller, frame-budgeted caches.
- Quest now applies the same final rendered wrist pose as PCVR, lists the full Fusion browser result set, and uses Android-native networking for Epic Fusion compatibility checks.
- Fixed the Quest Spawner missing manually installed and early-loaded mod crates by reading BONELAB's authoritative live crate registry.
- Repaired standalone Quest Spawner submission through BoneLib's LemonLoader-safe native path, prevented offline Fusion misrouting, and allowed crate indexing when Quest's warehouse-ready flag arrives late.
- Rebuilt the standalone headlight around the active gameplay camera with one shadowless Quest-safe emitter, stronger long-range output, and a real emitter-readiness state instead of treating a saved toggle as success.
- Fixed the legacy Spawner filter refresh replacing the Quest catalog with incomplete pallet-manifest data.
- Restored Grab Anything through BoneLib's native LemonLoader-safe hook and BONELAB's verified live WorldGrip contact state.
- Fixed the Quest Headlight toggle failure by applying preference changes immediately and creating one lightweight shadowless spotlight safely during the runtime update.
- Isolated incompatible LabLink builds that still call Fusion's removed PlatformID APIs; WristHub Friends now stays on its own relay instead of entering the broken adapter.
- Added the WristHub SDK app library, Friends, Mod Store provider tabs, and updated utilities.
- Preserved existing avatars, downloads, favorites, recents, portals, settings, and SDK apps.
Thank y'all so much for the feedback. It helps shape every WristHubOS update.
4.1.1
- Added WristHubOS apps, portals, the Mini Map, Fusion tools, Friends, themes, and the SDK app system.
- Improved avatar browsing, downloads, sharing, watch positioning, and PCVR/Quest packaging.
Quest 4.2.1 Dev Build 41
- Fixed silent Quest Soundboard playback by removing its dependence on loader Android-platform detection.
- Added pure-managed WAV, OGG, and MP3 decoding for standalone Quest, performed away from the game thread.
- Populates Quest
AudioClipdata in bounded frame-sliced blocks to prevent a large playback hitch. - Keeps AudioImportLib as a compatibility fallback and preserves PCVR's working BASS decoder path.
- Uses AudioImportLib's bundled managed decoders directly, bypassing its unreliable early Android-backend selection.
