RGB Lights 
What use is having them in your pc and not in your games?
How to use
Go into a scene with realtime lights. It's that easy. If there's a light that's not cycling colors, then that light isn't realtime and there's nothing I can do about it. It also changes the volumetric light color, so if there's baked lights with volumetric effects, the volumetric effect's color will be changed.
