Little Things
The goal of this mod is to add little things that aren't really important to the game.
What this adds so far:
- Enables use of GPS/Minimap in Arcade
- Quarantine Zones now work in Arcade mode
- Make the compass be constantly active
- Have Headlights be enabled by default
- Allow lowpass filters to affect custom music
