No Dark Fog Seeds!
This mod adds a technology costing 500 Universe Matrixes and 500 Dark Fog Matrixes that will prevent new Dark Fog Seeds from being launched. This will let you fully contain the fog and secure systems of your choice.
Includes a config option to just disable dark fog seed launches without using a tech
#THIS DISABLES ACHIEVEMENTS!!! unless you use the no-tech option funnily enough. You can use an achievement enabling mod to play with the tech.
