DSPConsole extention

1:设置物品堆叠倍率为 10, Set storage stack size ratio to 10

2:设置研究速度倍率为10, Set research speed ratio to 10(one level will increase 1000% research speed)

3:设置元数据统计倍率为按小时产量统计,Set MetaData ratio to 60(Total Matrix count per hour as MetaData)

4：上述参数都可以在console里面动态修改,Upone params ccan be modified via console, type '-help' for detail
