Allows you to zoom out farther

You can now zoom farther out. Very handy to paste those big ass blueprints, make a long row of belts or assemblers

Limitations :

This does not override construction distance (based on distance from Icarus)
Due to how is currently handle ground detection, the cursor will display the item's icon instead of the prebuild if zoomed to far (raycast detection is a distance from the camera)

Trying to figure out how to do a raycast without recoding the entire Build class
