Adds Miku as a custom character, equipped with custom items, weapons, synergies, a custom mechanic, and most importantly, Hatsune Miku.

Hopefully made all of Mikus gear undroppable when dying in co-op. I can't play in co-op so I'm just trusting the code I read does what I think it does.

Added save and quit compatibility for the custom items. (If you didn't know, CaptainPretzel added proper sace & quit functionality for custom characters in the most recent Alexandria patch so thank him for his genuinely incredible work.)
Tweaked sounds used for final form of Miku Miku Beam to match better.
Greatly reduced beam knockback for most beams in Miku Miku Beam as it was frankly ridiculous.
Added some additional particles to Miku Miku Beams.
Slightly reduced Miku Miku Beam damage overall.
Changed easter egg to no longer be guaranteed.

Buffed the "Stunning Performance" synergy, now has an effect that scales with Harmony.

Miku now starts with a slightly lower charge speed now, and can now gain charge speed through Harmony.
