Balance Changes

• Increased round timer: 5:00 --> 7:30
• Extra tickets: Increased max tickets from over quota from 5 to 50
• New reroll logic: When the shop is rerolled it rolls all slots even if bought out
• Shared upgrades: Upgrades are shared between all players (Divided)
  • Gambler's Confidence: 50% divided to all players (Min: 12.5%)
  • Insurance: 25% divided to all players (Min: 10%)
  • Bonus Draw: 15% divided to all players (Min: 7.5%)
  • Stakeholder: 50% to all players
• Upgrade Jackpots: 1/250 chance for an upgrade to give 10x value
• New Quota system: Fixed quota increases:
  • Quota Consumption: You pay the quota and lose the money each day.
