Airship is a map that takes place on, well, an airship flying around a city floating in the sky. This was made with the goal to be a genuine addition to Gang Beasts, not a silly joke like a few of my others.

Installation

Quick sidenote, r2modman users: Move the "Airship" folder from C:\Users\[YourUser]\AppData\Roaming\r2modmanPlus-local\GangBeasts\profiles\Default\Mods\MinimackStudios-Airship\Mods to C:\Users\[YourUser]\AppData\Roaming\r2modmanPlus-local\GangBeasts\profiles\Default\Mods; otherwise, Airship will load infinitely.

Gale users: No action needed.

Ensure you have at least CementGB 4.0.9 in order for it to work. Even for Gale users, if you have an older version, it will not load.

There are 2 ways you can install Airship:

Automated

1. Click Install with Mod Manager above

2. Done!

Manual

1. Install MelonLoader as per their instructions on their README.
2. Download and extract the .zip from this page by clicking Manual download.
3. Extract the Airship-x.x.x.zip and move the Mods folder inside the extracted folder to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Gang Beasts
4. You should be good to go.

Credits: striped_shirt_dude for modeling the entire stage, and obviously me for making the entire thing be able to work in Gang Beasts. (The music was actually made in suno AI please dont kill me I couldnt find anyone willing to make the music or someone who has enough skill)

Major Refinements Update

This update has a ton of changes and improvements to prepare for a future big addition 👀

• Set the SceneAudioConfig Max Volume to 0.40 to remove the extremely loud start and win bells
• Added drums to the start of the song to improve the looping of it
• Increased speed of the helicopter blades
• Added a helicopter sound that plays when near the helicopter blades
• Improved targeting on all objects
• Improved materials on all objects
• Improved collision on all objects
• Reflection probes have been added to improve reflections
• The skybox from Wheel has been added to improve lighting and the overall vibe
• KillVolume have been scaled up to reduce problems with other mods
