GK2 Thoughtful Week
Know what today is good for.
- A morning thought. When a new day starts, your keeper thinks about what the day is good for: a sermon, a resurrection, the merchant ship, a fight.
- The week (F3). Today, the days ahead, and your town orders with their progress: ready to collect or still short.
- Any time: press U to see today's thought again. The week window also has a clock: how long until night or dawn, in real minutes too.
- No spoilers: only what you've unlocked is shown.
- Works with Sermon Every Day and Resurrect Every Day.
- 11 languages. Gamepad: L2+L3 opens the week, B closes it.
Settings
In the Mods menu (with GK2 Mod Framework), in ConfigurationManager, or in BepInEx/config/gk2.thoughtfulweek.cfg: hotkeys, gamepad bindings, the morning thought (on/off, time, what it mentions).
Manual install
Put GK2ThoughtfulWeek.dll into BepInEx/plugins/GK2ThoughtfulWeek/. Needs BepInEx 5.4.23.x (x64).
Credit
Based on the idea of p1xel8ted's Thoughtful Reminders for the first Graveyard Keeper. The morning thought is his idea, and so is the name. Thank you, p1xel8ted!

CHANGELOG
Changelog
0.4.7
- Changed: quitting the game is quicker: the mod no longer undoes its changes to the game on the way out.
0.4.6
- Added: the game pauses while the week window is open, as it does for its own windows (setting "Pause the game", on by default). Thanks Tubyone!
- Fixed: the mod didn't show up in the GK2 Mod Framework's Mods menu when BepInEx happened to load it before the Framework.
0.4.5
- Fixed: after typing with an input method (e.g. Chinese), the mod's hotkeys could stop working until Shift or Ctrl was pressed again. Hotkeys now ignore keys that aren't part of them.
0.4.4
- Fixed: with another mod that makes the game create a second input handler (Kebo Mod's "Start work once" option), the controller did nothing in the week window after opening it. Thanks Echelon for tracking it down!
0.4.3
- Added: Text size / Window size settings.
- Fixed: the merchant ship showed up on Lust before you got to it (spoiler).
- Added: a + next to each town order in the week window adds it to Shopping List (when installed).
- Changed: the U hotkey is ignored when U is one of the game's own keys.
0.4.2
- Added: translations from files. Localization/en.json next to the DLL is the template: copy it to
.json (e.g. uk.json, it.json) and translate. A file also overrides the built-in texts; the new Language setting picks a language the game doesn't have.
0.4.1
- Changed: for game 1.006, which counts town orders as soon as the goods are on the pallets (and every night), not only on Pride. The eve-of-Pride warning about short orders is gone, and a full order reads "all there, counted tonight".
0.4.0
- Added: the thought also shows a few seconds after you load a save (can be turned off).
- Added: press U (or bind a gamepad button) to see today's thought at any time.
- Added: gamepad: L2+L3 opens and closes the week, B closes it, the stick scrolls it. Before, a pad couldn't open the week at all, or close it once open.
- Added: the Goddess's blue crystals on Envy, and a note when crystals are still waiting at her statue.
- Added: the looters' orders and the new people scrolls on Lust, the corpse order on Wrath.
- Added: a clock in the week window: the game time and how long until night or dawn, in game hours and real minutes. Works with longer-day and time speed-up mods.
- Changed: the week window lost the "Today" heading, and with it the scroll bar.
- Fixed: the thought no longer garbles an NPC's lines when it shows up during a conversation.
0.3.0
First release (Nexus and Thunderstore).
- Added: morning thought about the day and the town orders.
- Added: week panel (F3): today, orders with progress, the days ahead.
- Added: works with Sermon Every Day and Resurrect Every Day.
- Added: settings in the Mods menu, in the game's language.
Based on the idea of p1xel8ted's Thoughtful Reminders for the first Graveyard Keeper.
