Host-only checks retain their original host restriction. Install BepInEx-BepInExPack_GTFO-3.2.3. Do not run this compatibility package together with the original Hikaria-MagicRinObserver package.
This package is a compatibility rebuild from the published v1.5.3 DLL because the package contained no source archive and the linked upstream repository is unavailable. Original author: Hikaria / 花城あんず.
