Framerate compensator
Adjusts the loading mechanisms of automatic guns so their rate of fire does not significantly decrease with lower framerates.
This was tested with several fully automatic guns and they have a mostly consistent fire rate between 90 and 50 fps.
No parameters or setup at all.
