Bombastic Bullet Cracks
Swaps the default bullet whiz/passby sounds with bullet cracks from Insurgency Sandstorm, Battlefield 4, and a few others I probably forgot.
With the power of SideloaderMint, the default whizz count of 11 has been upped to 22 for maximum 100% totally necessary bombastic snap whap bap bangity bap sounds
