This mod includes several foods in game EFT
Also there's a spawnable Hungry/Thirsty system(Can be find in item spawner and wrist menu), after spawning it, as time goes by or being shot at, you will feeling hungry and thirsty, if you haven't eat and drink for a certain time span, you will hear your stomach yelling.
when you finally can hear your heartbeats, you will notice that you are losing health, and you'd better grab some food and drink to eat!
