PortableItemSpawner
- Adds a portable ItemSpawner panel that can be spawned via the wristmenu
- Can only spawn in scenes where an ItemSpawner is active, but can be spawned at the TNH postmatch scoreboard in order to vault the match's gun

Download the PortableItemSpawner.zip, then drag PortableItemSpawner.dll within into the h3vr/bepinex/plugins/ directory
