Replaces sosig voicelines with the Yes Man's voicelines from Fallout: New Vegas
DISCLAIMER: Yes Man's lines are used freely here under the assumption they fall under the same rule as all TF2 community content. If Mr. Foley wishes for his voice to not be used, the mod will be taken down.
