Description
Escape modpack made to be rewarding, challenging, fun of course, and realistic-ish.
This was tailored for and alongside Takedown Terry. (huge props to Morbo for going hard on that. Easily the best SR character yet)
The focus is consistency and reliability. Heavily modded H3MP is janky by nature, and we've done some backyard science to create a good experience. That being said, there is still a lot of jank, so just use the toolbox if you lose stuff to glitches, or whatever. Use your adult head.
Disclaimer & Notes
- We made this for us, mostly. We're happy to share it, but don't expect anything.
- The settings and best practices we recommend here come from testing and making mistakes. You don't have to listen, but it's probably a good idea.
Instructions
This modpack was made with a specific config in mind. We're making it easy for you. Read this:
- After installing, launch the game once, then close it and r2mm.
- Grab "config.zip" in the mod folder, and unpack it in <yourProfile/BepInEx/config>. Replace stuff. It should be fine, hopefully, probably.
- Customize your height in PlayerFootsteps config.
While in-game, we highly recommend:
- Setting a different Safehouse map than your buddies.
- Let the clients "Extract-to-safehouse" first. The host should extract last.
- Set your health to 2000 each round. Anything higher automatically makes you a b*tch a** in the eyes of the law. Lower is accepted.
- If you die, for your buddies to loot you, you'll have to go back and drop your stuff manually. AFAWK it's the only way. We appreciate the Spectator Mod for that.
