Federal Riot Gun Launcher
The Federal Riot Gun is a non-lethal grenade launcher meant for anti-riot duties against protests and prison riots. The design is a very simple top-break style break action grenade launcher, chambered for the either 37mm or 38mm grenade.
To use it, just break it open, load a shell in and close it shut, then fire away.
Has a hidden rail at the top of the gun.
