This mod requires the following mods to function
ISD-TNHFramework
A framework for modifying Take & Hold, successor to Take & Hold Tweaker. Early test release.
Preferred version: 0.2.2README
Frantic GI Ferguson
A modified version of Grumpy GI Grayson with significantly more enemies and a larger variation of older guns.
I was always a bit annoyed at how slow the Grumpy GI Grayson character could be, as I much prefer chaotic over slow and methodical gameplay. So I made this character. It's a much more hectic experience with more action between holds.
I've primarily made this with spawnlocking in mind, so the enemy spawns are rapid and many. Therefore limited ammo may be either extremely difficult or outright impossible. I will not be lowering enemy numbers to cater to limited ammo, however I will adjust patrol spawns and encryption spawns based on feedback.
Ping me in the H3VR Homebrew discord server or shoot me a DM regarding feedback, my username is the same as here on ThunderStore (catt0215).
I highly recommend you subscribe to some weapon mods! If you want to do the lazy method, you can subscribe to Billiam's collections, the following contain weapons supported by the character:
These are very large and can easily bloat your mod profile, so either pick and choose weapons or prepare for long load times when starting the game!
Major changes:
- Significantly more enemies. Expect to be overwhelmed in holds and taken off-guard between holds.
- You start with a primary, secondary and melee weapon, alongside 2 health powerups.
- Economy has been changed to suit the larger amount of enemies.
- Low-tier pistols and break-actions are available to purchase from the start.
- Attachments and melee weapons are available to purchase from the start.
- Battle rifles are slightly cheaper and available sooner.
- Automatic weapons are slightly more expensive.
- Carbines are separated between full-auto and semi-auto carbines, the former being slightly cheaper and available sooner.
- You receive less tokens from holds, however there are far more supply points.
- Sosigs now have black uniforms.

CHANGELOG
Changelog
1.1.0
- Added Packer's Sherman tank to sosig patrol spawns (no holds).
- Rebalanced weapon pools.
- Shifted weapon availability for better balance.
- Separated high and low capacity battle rifles; the former being available earlier for its low capacity, but at a premium price for its power.
- Semi/Full Auto carbines are now merged, as the loot pools were simply too small to be separate, price adjusted to accommodate for the uncertainty.
- SMG max magazine capacity lowered significantly.
- Adjusted enemy spawns in holds for a less overwhelming experience.
- Some tweaks to limited ammo, however it still needs further testing before it's in a good state.
