Vietnam Vinny Revived

This is the edited version of Vietnam Vinny by skyes_mods, which is now deprecated.

It features more weapons that are said to be used in the vietnam war, rebalanced weapon prices, and much harder and challenging sosig waves in later holds.

also some overpowered bullets like pistol and rifle armor piercing incendiary cartridgies are removed for more sweating challenges. (however LMG API rounds still exist)

I have experimented hand grenades and grenade launchers too, but realized that actively fighting with guns is much more fun than playing chicken with explosive spams so I removed it.
