ScoreAlways [v1.0.3]

ScoreAlways is a style bonus and trickshot multiplier modification for How to Fish, allowing players to permanently activate, force, and customize all 17 in-game style bonuses and payout multipliers through a pleasant and convenient in-game menu (F7).

Fully Tested & Compatible with the latest Steam game update (including dropped item world saving, cooked meat washing mechanics, and roulette physics).

⚙️ How It Works & Architecture

ScoreAlways hooks into the game's reward and trickshot evaluation pipeline via HarmonyLib:

• Trickshot Evaluation Hooks: Hooks ScoreManager.AddScore and MoneyManager.AddMoney to evaluate and intercept catch/kill style points.
• Forced Style Bonus Engine: Overrides bonus requirement checks in TrickshotManager, allowing players to force any combination of all 17 style bonuses on every single catch or kill.
• Custom Multiplier Math: Calculates total payout by multiplying base fish value by both individual trickshot multipliers and a global MasterMultiplier.
• Persistent Settings: All enabled bonuses and multipliers persist seamlessly to BepInEx/config/com.howToFish.scorealways.cfg.

📥 Installation

1. Install BepInEx 5.4+ for How to Fish.
2. Extract ScoreAlways.zip into your game directory or place ScoreAlways.dll into How to Fish/BepInEx/plugins/ScoreAlways/.
3. Launch the game and press F7 to configure your style multipliers!
