Inscryption Act 2 Unobtainable Cards now into Act 2 Beast/Tech/Undead/Magicks Packs
Adds Coyote, Kingfisher, Opposum, Melter, Inspector, Magnus Mox, Starvation, Tentacles and more into Act 2's Beast/Undead/Tech/Magicks Packs using JSONLoader. Balanced for Act2!
Balance Changes:
- Added the three Hand Tentacles, Card Counter, Mirror Rorrim, Bell Ringer into the Card Pack Pool.
- Nerfed Starvation to 16 Bones.
- Buffed Burrowing Trap's Health from 5 to 6.
- Buffed Starvation's Base Damage from 1 to 2.
