Balanced? It might be a bit underpowered but it works very good.

P03 KCM

This mod is compatable with P03 KCM.
The starter decks won't show up in a Leshy run, if the P03 KCM mod is installed. But they will still show up in the P03 KCM Starter Deck selection.
Balanced? Yes.

Act 2

All except a small amount of cards are available in Tech Packs.
Some cards like the "Experiment SHDW375" won't play their animation. But they still function.
Balanced? It might be slightly unbalanced.

Act 3?

P03 KCM > Act 3
Yes it is compatable and balanced (You might want to go to Gaudi Gemland as fast as possible)
