WISEWEAPONS

Ever felt like the melee weapons of Lethal Company lacked variety? No?

Welcome to WiseWeapons!

WiseWeapons adds 1 new melee weapon that can be sold. (more weapons will be added later!)

Weapons

Axe

A classic metal axe with a wooden frame, with the value of 60-80.

It does the same amount of damage as the shovel.

Recommended Mods

NOTE: These are not dependencies, they aren't required, but are recommended for a better experience.

  • MeleeFixes - Fixes some audio issues with defensive items.
  • RuntimeIcons - Generates icons for items during runtime.

2.1.0 - The 200k Patch

The mod has (nearly) reached 200k downloads!

  • Ported all contents over to Dawnlib.
    • This also introduces the config, which means now you can change the spawn weights, values and more of the items.
  • Added jiggle/clink sounds to the Metal Pipe.

  • All items no longer have spawn weights on Dine since I forgot it has a different spawn pool.
  • All values for spawn weights, and inventory weights have been improved.
  • Improved the way the items look when held.
  • Buffed Hand grenade's kill distance.
  • Fixed Hand grenade exploding upon landing, instead of exploding at the end of the timer.

Balancing has not been tested for this update, please suggest improvements if needed in the mod's discord thread.

  • Reworked the entire mod from the ground up.
  • Reimplemented the Hand grenade. (placeholder model)
  • The Wooden axe has received a new model. (bloody variant will be reimplemented at a later date)
  • All spawn chances have been improved, with more realistic and logical values.
  • Fixed the long-standing issue with the Hand grenade desyncing the terminal shop.
