As the developers of CrowdControl in their Discord State. "Dixper doesn’t actually do things to the game. It does things on top of the game. Like plays a video over the gameplay. We at CrowdControl actually do things to the game itself. So when say chat says “spawn enemy” the enemy is in the game and not just on your screen."
