TO MAKE THIS CLIENT-SIDE WHERE NOBODY ELSE NEEDS IT: You must edit the config of LCSoundTool and CustomSounds (generated after hosting/joining a game once after first install) via your mod manager and set 'EnableNetworking' to false on both.
Replaces Hoarding Bug SFX with random quotes of some german and some english youtubers/streamers. He might be a bit angry, who knows?
