Coroner Custom

A fork off the orignal mod which modifies (only) the english files of the original Coroner mod with suggestions from me and my friends (who for some reason sit in a vc with me and think of abhorred ideas), suggestions are appreciated!

(this is my first mod so sorry if I did things incorrectly)
