Note: For the best experience, disable MusicPlaysOutside and "What volume the music plays at" to 0 in FacilityMeltdown using LethalConfig or by going to LethalCompany>BepinEX>config>me.loaforc.facilitymeltdown.Client and disabling it. (Unfortunately I have no idea how to disable this by default when you use the mod, sorry)
