Version-55 Company Cruiser

(V81)

Before the Company Cruiser became the nigh-indestructible flying-tank you know today, there was.. this.

Born during the disaster that was the V55 Beta in June of 2024, this rolling dumpster fire death-trap was less of a utility vehicle and more of an active threat to anyone unfortunate enough to be sitting in it. It is fragile, clunky, difficult to control & use, and possesses all the driving characteristics of a shopping trolley being booted down a staircase.

It was, and you cannot argue with me about this one, glorious.

I've dragged this absolute heap back out of its fiery grave, spent far longer than I'd like to admit making it work on the present version of Lethal Company, and preserved it as faithfully as possible. Not because it's a good vehicle, but because it is a wonderfully terrible piece of Lethal Company history, and I'd like to allow everyone to be able to experience the Cruiser like it's June 2024 again.

As Zeekerss himself once said

"If you get the Company Cruiser, you get Lethal Company."

Every questionable design choice, every moment where you wondered whether you were actually in control of the thing or merely attempting negotiations with it, contributed to some of the funniest multiplayer moments Lethal Company has ever had.

This thing does anything but cruise. It just happens to define 'cruising' as desperately wrestling a mechanical disaster towards your end destination while your co-workers question whether you should be behind the wheel or not.

  • RadioBabyFace (custom implementation already)

  • BetterVehicleControls (will not affect anything on this Cruiser, I know that much)
