"also known as "Haphazard Remnants" on internet sites, this place has fake sky, a few houses, lushous green grass and a water tower. Despite time that passes here. it won't turn night due to the seemingly recently installed "Sky Sphere" thus also keeping people from exploring the rest. There are walls presumably to block from reaching the sky sphere."
