Dog Sound Fix Mod

Gives eyeless dogs some hearing aids to make them able to hear some audio they couldn't hear before

This mod fixes the eyeless dogs.
They can now hear you shooting, reloading and toggling the safety of your shotgun.

Oh... Silent sprint is fixed too (But that's configurable)

This is a server-side mod, meaning ONLY the host needs it.
If you install this as a client, this mod does nothing.

There's also a config option to make dogs being able to hear people sending chat messages.
This is for all the psycho- Ummm, I mean... Nice people :)
