FullClearTimer

Adds a timer to the top right corner that tracks the time from level start until all scrap from the level has been brought to ship. Also adds some rewards for clearing the moon such as bonus terminal credits, multiplying the value of scrap on ship or spawning giftboxes. Syncs from host to clients.
