Thunderstore is literally actually stupid and refuses to acknowledge a proper file structure existing in a zip file, so you have to manually fix the files.
Download the file manually from thunderstore, so you have the zip file. Then, go to your mod profile location via thunderstore or R2, dig into Bepinex/Plugins, and extract the contents of the zip into the PLugins folder.

This was slightly edited in a few places for some longevity, as well as adding a siren SFX and appropriate voiceovers dictating the meltdown and its four minute length.
MAKE SURE YOUR MELTDOWN TIME IS SET TO 240 SECONDS IN FACILITY MELTDOWN'S CONFIG OR THIS MUSIC WILL NOT WORK AS INTENDED!
This is designed to last for almost exactly 4 minutes, with the time remaining indicated by a few voicelines (from Portal 2), which will periodically mention the reactor, three times, at around 2 minutes 15 seconds, 2 minutes 50 seconds, and 3 minutes 15 seconds. The final drums at the end were extended slightly for longevity and to fuel that final few seconds of rushing to the ship, the make or break moment. Live or Die.
All credits for the music goes to Midrule, I only did some very slight tweaks to accomodate for the 4 minute timelength.
