This mod makes it so you only have to buy the cruiser once in order to keep it for the rest of the run. The warranty isn't limited to just one time anymore.

Infinite Cruiser Warranty makes it so the warranty you get from buying a Cruiser lasts forever.
You only have to buy the Cruiser once, then you'll keep it for that run.
I believe there is currently a feature I forgot to remove which gives you a ton of credits at the start of the game, I will fix this soon
