Lethal Company: Overworked (v81+)
This mod was not designed for versions before v80
This mod has full compatibility with vanilla clients.
About the mod
Lethal Company: Overworked is a HQ focused mod that aims to bring a more balanced experience to Lethal Company, with minor changes to the base game to keep it as vanilla-feeling as possible, it also aims to offer a way to use usually server sided features such as a selling module and scrap storage system.
Features
As of release, the mod contains a few QoL and balance changes to make your v81 experience more fun for high quota on vanilla lobbies (All of this was built to be used on public lobbies).
(Host) means the host has to have the mod enabled on his lobby for the feature to take effect.
(Client) means you can use the feature anywhere without the need for hosting.
Selling module (Host)
Commands:
- help: Now displays the stock command if you are hosting the lobby.
- stock: Displays the available commands listed below.
- stock scrap: Stores all the available ship scrap (only works in space).
- stock view [-s (Display in chat)]: Displays the available scrap value stocked in the terminal.
- stock sell [amount] Lets you quickly sell a specified amount of scrap value on the company building.
Terminal
- (Host) A better scan command has been integrated into the terminal, it will efficiently show outdoor, indoor and ship scrap. You are also able to share the scan in the chat using 'scan -show' or 'scan -s'.
Moons
As of 1.1.0, cadavers have been reenabled now that Zeekers fixed their main issue, However they have been disabled on Adamance due to a lack of counter on early game.
- (Host) Adamance's max and min item counts were reverted to v73's values (16 - 18).
- (Host) Artifice's max and min item counts were reverted to v56's values (31 - 37).
Item placement
- (Client) You are now able to grab items before entering a map.
- (Host) Most utility items will be replaced at specific spots inside the ship upon a file reload.
Upcoming features
As of 1.1.1, i have begin working on a fun little feature which would allow you to call a friendly loot bug to help you clear the interior if there are less than 4 players.
The logic is mostly done but i plan on giving this little fella advanced behaviours such as looking for keys to open locked doors, Asking players if they need assistance transfering after a few hours passed and letting it go to usually non reachable places for enemies such as the fire exit on assurance.
