Testicular Torsion is an AOE spell that:

Deals damage to all players around you, including allies!

Causes a slow for 7 seconds.

Moving while under the effect of Testicular Torsion causes damage over time.

Those affected by the spell are flashbanged.

Cooldown: 15 seconds.
