Keeps roguelike runs consistent from level 1 to 25. Vanilla weapon damage grows about 5x while enemies grow about 214x, stretching turns-to-kill from 2 to 11. Weapon damage now compounds to track the enemy curve, plus mild health and armor top-ups.
