Replaces Northstar`s OS voice and sound effects with Anime Waifu Bianca from Punishing Gray Raven.
Include OS voice,tether trap,cluster missle,flight core salvo and railgun`s charge/fire sounds(every tick).
v1.0.2：fix enemytitanfall and rodeodetach sound missing
v1.5：New audio for follow and guard mode（total 11 new audio）
