Add viper`s sound when active flight core
Different with OS replacement,I made this because Titan OS is very easy to be interrupt by other dialogue or just didnt play at all.
So I replaced flight core`s sound effect to make sure it will play every time you active flight core
ATTENTION:Unfortunately,when I actaually experience it in game,it sounds a little strange:It is much deeper than viper`s sound and I have no idea how fix it.
In the end I stilll release it,I cant guarantee that everyone will enjoy this mod.But I hope you like it.
