Adds customisable Speedometer to the HUD.

Settings:

• Metric/Imperial Units
• Display Hammer Units per Second On/Off
  • Additional counter which uses in-game units
• Include Vertical Velocity On/Off
• Fade on Low Speed On/Off
  • How many seconds pass between each lightning wave
• Alpha
  • Range: 0-1
• Size
  • Font size
• Position
  • Range: 0-1
  • 0, 0 is the Top Left corner
  • 1, 1 is the Bottom Right corner
  • The 3rd variable in the vector doesn't do anything
• Colour
  • RGB format
  • Range: 0-1
