Mages of Aruai - Fire Mage

Ice Mage Added into Cierzo
Guides added in Cierzo and Harmattan to give hints where mages are
New Effects with ice mage and custom skills

Ice Barrage with now deal additional AoE damage if the targets have the "Freeze" effect from hail shot.
Freeze Effect only lasts 7 seconds, it slows down and increases Frost Elemental Damage
