Hailfrost is super endgame set, it has to be special, and as far as I remember there are not a lot of pure elemental damage weapons

It looks bad with Crimson Plate Armor, use Chalcedony instead :D

1.1.0version returned some elemental damage back to physical for balancing reasons. It's still much better than it was, especially if yoг use any cold damage boosts
