Features
Adds an enchantment named Runic Channel that gives to property of a Lexicon to any equipable item.
This includes any: Hats, Chests, Boots, Weapons, Shields, Daggers, Chakrams, Pistols, Lanterns..
.. and Lexicons because.. why not.

By unlocking Runic builds with both Runic Prefix and your favorite left handed tool without the need of inventory micromanagement, this makes the game easier.
So as always beware: ease is a close friend of boredom.
