completely client-side TTS mod for PEAK everybody will hear you, regardless if they have this installed or not! works by feeding it through your mic, meaning it is still proximity voice! (windows only since it uses its built-in TTS)
- open chatbox with F8 (default)
- type text into chatbox
- press enter to send TTS
configs:

volume for others hearing you (recommended is set)
