Feature
This HOST-ONLY mod automatically revives dead players to alive(not passed out) teammate with the lowest y level.
If there is no avaliable teammate, revive will be canceled.
Configurable
IsModEnabled : 'true' is enabled.
ReviveWithMalus : If 'true', revive with curse and hunger.
ReviveWaittime : (sec) Waiting time before revive.
